Re rating functions include special re rating triggers when out-of-order events are detected.

Payments & Collections
Managing multiple subscriber accounts is convenient with simplified process payments and payment terms. The system is designed to allow flexible adjustments of disputed bills and partial payment for single or bunch of invoices. Payment processing is flexible due to the integration with a payment gateway and optional manual entry method.

Rating & Discounts
By Rating & Discounts module, appropriate charges and credits can be calculated for an event based on a wide range of parameters associated with subscribers, events and service attributes.  Service providers can freely define the set of chargeable “event types” to be rated - creating the most flexible and robust rating and discounting solution in the industry.

Reconciliation allows carriers to validate, control, process and compare traffic charges from other carriers against their internal billing records. In this way, it is possible to accurately determine whether traffic was rated according to the agreements or if any discrepancy exists. The module expedites settlement cycles, reduces operative costs, improves billing accuracy with other carriers.
